Connectivity Services are included for all your connected equipment. You benefit from the evaluation of your current network infrastructure, integration of multi-functional devices with your existing network, installation and configuration features, such as: print driver, scan to email, scan to file and LDAP server integration. Also incorporated is administration and training for your end users.

As part of your contract, we perform a network evaluation for you and integrate all of your devices to your existing network, as well as load print drivers on your server and workstations. Where applicable, we install advanced printing utilities. We also setup mailboxes for your end users and configure scanning features, including: scan to email, scan to file and scan to FTP; LDAP configuration; setup of your address books for email and fax; set scanning defaults to make it easy for you; and install and configure eCopy Scanning Solutions. Additionally, we offer training for your Network Administrators on web interface, network utilities, functionality and department ID management. We train your end users on print driver, scanning features, mailbox printing and print utilities.
